The 5 second rule

Recently, I came across “The 5-second rule” to stop procrastinating and get to work.

The rule is pretty simple.

Whenever your mind starts giving excuses for….

  • Walking - we know we should be doing it

  • Exercise - For how long we are gonna see reels of fitness freaks on the gram?

  • Create side hustle - Reading motivational quotes not gonna help for long

Whatever your goal is - whenever your mind starts chattering - count to

And get started….it seems silly but it works - in those five seconds - your mind will stop giving excuses or you can say - you will stop listening to it.

All it takes is 5 seconds… Are you willing to give that?

Now stop reading this, count to 5,4…..

And get the shit done!
