I had a chance to catch up with Founder of iLearnings Poorva Shrivastava today.

She is an entrepreneur, educationalist and founder. Her journey started from teaching academic courses to working in IT as admin, support lead, Salesforce consultant and ultimately led her to pursue her calling - educating and making the best out of her wonderful communication skills. ✔In the era of remote work culture, depending on the type of company you are running - you can go for hybrid as well. Working remotely and meeting in person - working together has its perks for sure.
✔Have a bigger vision for your firm - make sure you are expanding it as much as you can.
✔Learn to balance work-life. If you are building your firm, your family members will support you. This support system will give you the freedom to grow.
