✅ Working on IT projects demand being good at working with team. Learn how to deal with difficult people, learn how to lead the team, Learn how to work with managers:)
✅ Never settle on learning and mastering just one techstack. There is always so much out there to learn and implement in your projects.
✅ Every manager is different. As a team, you will need to learn how to manage the expectations of manager 😉

✅ The secret tip is - As long as you and company both are happy - It might be the right company for you.
